How to Identify faked photo

I have learned a cool thing about identifying faked photo easily by watching one of the gigafide video today. In his video he showed some nice and and simple way on how you can identify if the photo was faked using some image editor or was it actually real. In his video his 3 ways of identifying if a photo has been altered are by:

• Checking for oblivious inconsistencies
• Zoom and check if smooth pixels were visible
• Use error level analysis or (ela)
